1. Putting your socks on in the morning without any effort.
2. Getting into your car and making it to your destination in one piece.
3. Saying I love you to someone and hearing it said back.
4. Drinking a delicious glass of water with ice.
5. Writing or creating something just for the fun of it and not because your paycheck depends on it.
6. Sharing a bag of cherry hard candies with your co-workers.
7. Leaving your house and safely returning back.
8. Standing at the water’s edge of a lake, river or ocean, and feeling the sand between your toes.
9. The unconditional trust of an animal companion.
10. Reflecting upon your actions, big and small, and learning and growing from them.
11. A hot shower after a long, hard day.
12. Friendships found far and wide, especially the ones you’ve found online. 🙂
